Williams Lea by RRD is hiring a Developer III in Warrenville, IL. In this role, you will design technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategy, develop and maintain complex software, and provide on-call support throughout the full systems lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to gather business requirements and design technical solutions.
- Independently develop, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install complex software programs using structured programming techniques.
- Participate in code walkthroughs.
- Provide on-call rotation support for production systems, facilitate incident management, and conduct post-incident reviews.
- Engage in all phases of the full systems lifecycle from design to implementation, maintenance, and support of applications and systems software.
- Monitor customer data management systems, associated processes, and protocols to solve problems.
- Develop program specifications and flowcharts, and prepare internal documentation on program development and revisions.
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of related work experience.
- Three (3) years of experience with ServiceNow Development or Administration.
- Three (3) years of experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
- Three (3) years of experience analyzing, writing, and modifying models to support software source code.
- Understanding of the information technology environment or infrastructure.
- Three (3) years of experience applying codes using JavaScript, AJAX, Business Rules, SOAP, and REST.
- Three (3) years of experience collaborating with stakeholders and product owners to test applications.
- Three (3) years of experience applying tools such as Jira Agile and ServiceNow Agile.
- Three (3) years of experience developing user stories within assigned sprint deadlines and ensuring deployment with minimal defects.
