Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on developer sessions, integration walkthroughs, and partner workshops.
- Provide technical guidance for both custom integration scenarios and self-service implementations.
- Support partners in solving integration challenges quickly and effectively, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Develop high-quality technical resources, including: Integration guides, step-by-step tutorials, and sample code.
- Develop high-quality technical resources, including: Demo projects, reference implementations, and API usage examples.
- Develop high-quality technical resources, including: Recorded video walk throughs, technical webinars, and training sessions.
- Keep all resources up to date with the latest product features and integration best practices.
- Work with Product and Developer Relations leadership to deliver lighthouse integration cases—top-tier implementations that showcase the full potential of Xsolla’s solutions.
- Document and package these integrations as reusable templates and inspiration for other developers.
- Represent Xsolla at industry events, technical conferences, and meetups.
- Conduct technical presentations, live demos, and coding sessions that inspire confidence in Xsolla’s integration capabilities.
- Collect and relay developer feedback on integration processes and tools to Product and Engineering teams.
- Recommend improvements to SDKs, APIs, and documentation to streamline integration efforts.
- Track and report on: Number and quality of integrations delivered or supported.
- Track and report on: Engagement with integration-focused resources.
- Track and report on: Conversion rates from technical enablement to live integrations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Evangelism, ideally in the game industry.
- Strong technical skills in game development and integration (e.g., Unity, Unreal, backend APIs, payment systems).
- Experience delivering hands-on technical training, demos, and workshops.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfort in public speaking and presenting technical content to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in both Russian and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to travel for partner visits, conferences, and training events - primarily across the CIS region.
