Gjensidige is looking for a Developer to join a team responsible for our customer system built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated platforms. You will ensure our customer service representatives have the best tools to create excellent customer experiences, working in an agile, autonomous team with full product responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Build, develop, and operate the customer system and its integrated systems.
- Ensure customer service representatives have the best possible tools for creating good customer experiences.
- Continuously build and deliver to production, automating as many tasks as possible.
- Deliver value quickly to users through small, frequent deliveries.
- Take responsibility for product quality and have operational responsibility for the code produced.
- Work directly with users to solve challenges, both small and large.
What We're Looking For
- A relevant education at bachelor's or master's level and practical development experience.
- Self-sufficient with strong skills in sharing knowledge and interacting within a team.
- Proficiency in Norwegian, as it is the team's working language.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the Dynamics platform.
- Experience building web applications and services in .NET and JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure, infrastructure, internal application platforms, integrations, or frontend development.
