Responsibilities
- Evaluates, sets up, and resolves employee issues involving computer hardware, software, network systems, and communication tools
- Investigates and addresses complex technical problems and fulfills advanced or non-routine requests
- Proposes appropriate hardware and software solutions, including new purchases and system upgrades
- Records all system configurations, software setups, and issue resolutions for PCs, networks, and applications
- Delivers training sessions to educate staff on fundamental and specialized software and procedures
- Collaborates with vendors as instructed by leadership
- May need to travel to alternate locations to support teams or supplement staffing
- May be assigned additional tasks as needed by management
