KTGY Architecture + Planning is hiring a Designer to join its conceptual design team in Oakland. This role is pivotal to the early stages of our projects, focusing on conceptual development and aesthetic creation.
What You'll Do
- Captain the development of conceptual design and entitlement sets.
- Coordinate with other team members for feedback and direction.
- Participate in the aesthetic development of projects, crafting memorable places.
What We're Looking For
- Takes responsibility for design deliverables.
- Develops expertise in KTGY's approach to solving design problems.
- Develops ability to work on multiple projects.
- Becomes comfortable with short project timelines and rapid project pivots.
- Displays a constant search for better in all aspects of project design.
- Shows an understanding of clients' goals and needs.
- Helps track meeting notes and next steps.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the conceptual design team within the Oakland For Sale studio.
Work Mode
This role is onsite at our Oakland, CA location.
