Brave Bison is looking for a Designer to craft high-quality, social-first content for multiple European markets. In this role, you'll leverage AI tools to accelerate production and collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure brand alignment and cultural relevance.
What You'll Do
- Create high-quality, social-first content including scroll-stopping assets, static, motion, GIFs, and short-form edits.
- Build brand-aligned social formats that can be quickly adapted across regions.
- Deliver at speed across four European markets, trans-creating assets into multiple languages with accuracy, nuance, and platform awareness.
- Use AI translation, image/motion generation, and localisation tools to scale content quickly.
- Maintain cultural relevance, ensuring each adaptation feels native to its market.
- Use AI to accelerate and enhance output, leveraging generative tools for visual exploration, language adaptation, motion cleanup, batch variation, and dynamic templates.
- Develop, refine and document efficient AI workflows.
- Collaborate tightly with delivery teams, working alongside Client Services and partnering with the Post-Production Coordinator.
- Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, platform best practice and accessibility standards.
- Elevate creative quality across markets by pushing assets further with thoughtful design, smart motion and strategic simplicity.
- Enhance global assets for local relevance, refining typography, layout, colour, and tone.
- Provide rationale and visual options when needed to support client discussions.
- Manage your own pipeline efficiently, handling multiple deadlines at pace with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain and update shared libraries, templates, and systems for consistency.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and flag risks early.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5+ years in a social design role (agency or brand).
- Proven experience producing content for multiple European regions or multi-market brands.
- A portfolio demonstrating design, motion, and social thinking in equal measure.
- Comfort working in high-in/out-put environments with tight turnarounds.
- Expert in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Strong in Figma (layouts, systems, components, translations).
- Motion design fundamentals and editorial pacing & rhythm.
- Experience with AI tools for translation, image/motion generation, and automation.
- Fast, accurate, calm under pressure.
- Detail-obsessed with strong ownership and pride in output.
- Proactive and solutions-led, always looking for ways to improve speed and craft.
- Culturally aware, team-oriented, and comfortable collaborating across functions.
Nice to Have
- Cinema 4D/Blender, Red Giant, expressions/scripting, PowerPoint pitch design.
Technical Stack
- Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Figma.
- AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Descript, etc.).
- Cinema 4D/Blender, Red Giant.
