RemoteVA PH is hiring a Designer & Personal Assistant (Marketing) to provide creative and administrative support. You will design marketing assets and assist with tasks that drive our operations forward.
What You'll Do
- Create and edit designs in Figma for marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
- Assist in developing branding assets and promotional content.
- Help with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and social media content.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and team communications.
- Organize files and documents using MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Figma for design work.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Background in marketing or familiarity with marketing strategies.
