Telstra is looking for a Design Systems Senior Specialist to be the custodian of scalable, personalized content across our digital channels. You will create metadata-rich design systems, assets, and templates that can be found, customized, and syndicated at speed, blending governance rigor with operational enablement.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with AEM Foundations developers to design reusable assets for build and re-use.
- Partner with Content Production teams to ensure design systems enable speed and creativity.
- Monitor consumption patterns and performance of design system components across channels.
- Align design system evolution with best practice standards, accessibility requirements, and brand governance.
- Help maintain documentation, usage guidelines, and governance protocols.
- Track adoption and identify opportunities for optimisation and simplification.
- Support integration of design systems into workflows and tooling (e.g., CAAS, Figma, AEM, Workfront, Firefly, Co-Pilot, Chat GPT, Adobe Express).
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for design system scalability and enterprise alignment.
