Telstra is looking for a Design Systems Senior Specialist to be the custodian of scalable, personalized content across our digital channels. You will create metadata-rich design systems, assets, and templates that can be found, customized, and syndicated at speed, blending governance rigor with operational enablement.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with AEM Foundations developers to design reusable assets for build and re-use.
Partner with Content Production teams to ensure design systems enable speed and creativity.
Monitor consumption patterns and performance of design system components across channels.
Align design system evolution with best practice standards, accessibility requirements, and brand governance.
Help maintain documentation, usage guidelines, and governance protocols.
Track adoption and identify opportunities for optimisation and simplification.
Support integration of design systems into workflows and tooling (e.g., CAAS, Figma, AEM, Workfront, Firefly, Co-Pilot, Chat GPT, Adobe Express).
Contribute to the strategic roadmap for design system scalability and enterprise alignment.
