GrowthX AI is seeking a Design Engineer (Senior to Principal) to craft innovative and user-focused solutions for the GrowthX platform. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to take ideas from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your work will directly impact businesses by making AI more accessible and powerful.
What You'll Do
- Build and implement frontend components, features, and interactions using modern web technologies.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that you'll help implement.
- Work with full-stack engineers to integrate your frontend work with backend systems.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and user tests, then implement feedback.
- Participate in team reviews to ensure quality and consistency in both design and implementation.
- Stay updated on design and development trends, exploring new technologies and best practices.
- Lead, propose, and execute projects across various products and tools, shaping the platform's future.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in creating user-friendly interfaces with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
- Ability to adapt to different design styles as necessary and creatively address complex design challenges.
- Ability to align teams with working prototypes, user flows, or high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Skilled in conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards for design quality and user experience and a deep understanding of modern design principles and tools.
- Comfort with iterating based on feedback, data, and testing.
- Adaptability to changing requirements and team dynamics, with proactivity and ability to work without constant direction.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of residence.
