About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed design specifications based on product requirements
- Create and refine prototypes for testing and validation
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align design with functionality
- Use CAD software to produce 2D and 3D models
- Conduct design reviews and integrate feedback effectively
- Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and manufacturability standards
- Support user research to inform design decisions
- Iterate on concepts using user feedback and testing data
- Maintain design documentation and version control
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to advance project timelines
- Evaluate materials and manufacturing processes for feasibility
- Troubleshoot design issues during development and production
- Apply human-centered design principles to enhance usability
- Contribute to the development of design systems and standards
- Assist in testing prototypes under real-world conditions
- Identify opportunities to improve product performance and reliability
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Present design concepts to stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Ensure compliance with relevant technical and regulatory guidelines
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant technical or design discipline
- Experience in consumer electronics or hardware products
