About the Role
We are looking for a capable and client-oriented Deployment/Implementation Consultant to oversee the installation, configuration, and improvement of enterprise software systems within client environments. The individual will collaborate with clients, project leads, technical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully delivered from initial design to production launch and beyond. This position demands solid technical knowledge in cloud platforms, automation tools, container technologies, and databases, along with strong interpersonal and troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment and configuration of enterprise software for clients
- Collaborate with project managers to define implementation timelines and milestones
- Translate client requirements into technical deployment plans
- Configure cloud-based environments according to project specifications
- Perform system integrations and ensure compatibility with client infrastructure
- Conduct testing and validation of deployed solutions prior to go-live
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation phases
- Document deployment processes and configurations
- Provide post-deployment support and optimization recommendations
- Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
- Support data migration activities and validate data integrity
- Assist in training client teams on system usage and maintenance
- Monitor deployment progress and report status to project leads
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
- Optimize system performance post-implementation
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
- Manage change requests during deployment cycles
- Maintain accurate records of client environments and configurations
- Support automation of deployment workflows
- Participate in pre-sales technical discussions as needed
- Ensure consistent communication with client contacts
- Adapt deployment strategies based on client feedback
- Follow best practices for configuration management
- Assist in developing implementation playbooks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of deployment methodologies
