About the Role
This role is responsible for driving quality, consistency, and strategic alignment in deal support functions, improving operational rigor and enabling scalable growth through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to deal accuracy and support timelines
- Identify systemic issues in deal workflows and recommend corrective actions
- Establish quality benchmarks and audit procedures for deal documentation
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational data and feedback loops
- Partner with legal, finance, and sales teams to streamline deal approval workflows
- Design training programs to enhance team understanding of compliance standards
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to support deal operations
- Maintain alignment between deal terms and company policies
- Support leadership with strategic insights derived from quality data
- Standardize processes across regions to ensure consistency
- Lead root cause analysis for escalated deal issues
- Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate post-mortems on critical deal failures or delays
- Improve documentation practices for transparency and audit readiness
