About the Role

This role is responsible for driving quality, consistency, and strategic alignment in deal support functions, improving operational rigor and enabling scalable growth through process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead quality assurance initiatives for deal support processes to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and scalability in commercial operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deal execution with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to deal accuracy and support timelines
  • Identify systemic issues in deal workflows and recommend corrective actions
  • Establish quality benchmarks and audit procedures for deal documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational data and feedback loops
  • Partner with legal, finance, and sales teams to streamline deal approval workflows
  • Design training programs to enhance team understanding of compliance standards
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies to support deal operations
  • Maintain alignment between deal terms and company policies
  • Support leadership with strategic insights derived from quality data
  • Standardize processes across regions to ensure consistency
  • Lead root cause analysis for escalated deal issues
  • Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate post-mortems on critical deal failures or delays
  • Improve documentation practices for transparency and audit readiness
  • Work closely with sales operations to refine deal governance frameworks
  • Track and reduce rework rates in deal processing
  • Promote a culture of accountability and precision within deal teams
  • Coordinate with product teams on pricing and packaging changes
