Responsibilities
- Contribute in building automation tools into DCSC pipelines
- Assist in identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes for automation opportunities
- Participate in discovery projects to evaluate current workflows and recommend areas for improvement
- Support the design, development, and deployment of automated solutions using tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), workflow platforms, and scripting languages
- Implement low-code solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, AppSheet, Mendix, etc.) where appropriate to streamline business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and test automation solutions
- Monitor automated processes for performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements
- Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IS, IT, or other related fields of study
- Expected/achieved minimum 2:1 classification in a Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or related degree discipline
- Data Visualization and Dashboarding: Expertise in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R Shiny, or Google Data Studio to develop interactive data dashboards
- Data Engineering and ETL: Competence in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation, retrieval, cleansing, and structuring from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, Excel, GRC platforms)
- Database Fundamentals: A solid grasp of SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) for effective data storage and retrieval
- Automation: The ability to implement automation solutions, aiming to reduce manual effort by 30-40%, particularly for automating reporting and generating real-time alerts for compliance breaches
- AI/ML Application: Knowledge of leveraging AI and Machine Learning techniques for proactive risk management, including anomaly detection, risk scoring, and predictive analysis

Additional Information
- This internship offers hands-on experience with DCSC, cloud infrastructure, and application security
- Intern will gain knowledge in DCSC process development used for Identity Management and access administration
- Intern will contribute testing AI tools and practices in Access management
- Intern will learn complex modeling in Data Center Security Compliance Access Administration and periodic access reviews
- Intern will learn general introduction into the information security world
- Intern will see real-world implementation of DCSC principles in a real production environment
