Trust Wallet is looking for a Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in growth, product analytics, and forecasting. You'll work within a cross-functional team focused on our growth strategy, leveraging our Databricks-powered data lake and machine learning workflows to build predictive models, run experiments, and optimize decision-making for user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
What You'll Do
- Analyze funnels, campaigns, cohorts, and lifecycle metrics to identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Build frameworks and models to measure the impact of paid/organic channels, incrementality, and campaign performance.
- Develop statistical and ML models for forecasting revenue, user growth, CAC, LTV, and product spend.
- Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and product campaigns.
- Identify key user segments and behaviors that drive conversion and retention, building targeting logic for CRM and lifecycle marketing.
- Build models for churn prediction, next-best-action, CLV, and product engagement.
- Work closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to translate business needs into strategic actions.
- Deliver actionable dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in data science roles with a strong focus on growth, marketing, or product analytics.
- Proficient in modeling (logistic regression, time series, uplift modeling), experimentation, causal inference, and segmentation.
- Advanced SQL and Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, plotly/seaborn).
- Deep hands-on experience using Databricks (or a similar datalake) for data analysis and ML (including Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
- Understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, MTA, media mix modeling, and growth loops.
- Strong communicator of insights via dashboards or reports (Tableau, Looker, or Databricks-native tooling).
- Ability to translate models and trends into tangible growth strategies and business outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with dbt or similar a plus.
- Background in Web3 preferred.
