Responsibilities
- Convert raw data into meaningful insights by creating reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs using SQL, Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce platforms.
- Present data findings through compelling visualizations and narrative explanations to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance on all data deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness prior to distribution.
- Engage directly with clients to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot data issues, and deliver on time-sensitive requests.
- Oversee the setup and integration of electronic data exchange partners, managing onboarding and configuration processes.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, documenting root causes and recommending process enhancements.
- Develop and lead online training sessions to educate external partners and clients on data standards and best practices.
- Maintain deep knowledge of changing data requirements and serve as a go-to resource for internal teams and external stakeholders.
