BMW Group France is looking for a Data Project Manager (apprenticeship) to join our Marketing Communication department. You will play a key role in deploying marketing, digital, and retail dashboards for the BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad brands, managing customer consent, and driving change management.
What You'll Do
- Gather user requirements from marketing teams and formalize them in JIRA.
- Validate KPI definitions with business stakeholders for dashboard reporting.
- Prioritize needs into a project roadmap and establish a deployment schedule with IT and business teams.
- Propose new requirements and report visualizations.
- Test new developments and support business teams in user acceptance testing.
- Participate in weekly project follow-up meetings and write meeting minutes.
- Provide level 1 support by responding to incidents reported in JIRA.
- Assign level 2 tickets and ensure follow-up for rapid resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the IT department's data scientist to ensure the functionality and evolution of data tools.
- Monitor and measure customer and prospect consent indicators by source, escalating alerts as needed.
- Document processes and compliance rules related to consent management.
- Communicate key indicators regularly to management.
- Manage project communication to marketing users through regular meetings.
- Design and create user guides to facilitate adoption of new dashboards.
- Train marketing users on Qlik and key indicator definitions.
- Inform users of new available features via communications.
- Write functional design documents (Databases, KPIs, analysis axes, frequency, recipients).
- Create a KPI glossary in Confluence (definition, system, source, owner).
- Ensure proper project documentation in Confluence and JIRA.
What We're Looking For
- Project management capabilities: rigor, organization, transparency.
- Ability to learn and understand new technologies.
- Curiosity and anticipation skills.
- Master's degree in engineering or business school (BAC +5).
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of AWS and Adobe Analytics.
