In this role, you will connect Corporate Research data sources to our platform, ensuring data is properly ingested and accessible for analysis and model development, while building tools to enhance data workflows.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, integrate, and maintain ETL pipelines for different data types to onboard new customers by connecting their data sources to the platform.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for provisioning and managing cloud (Azure) and on-premises resources using Terraform.
Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ML models in both cloud and on-premises environments.
Implement and/or integrate tools to deliver a state-of-the-art MLOps solution according to best practices.
Develop and implement monitoring dashboards and alerts to proactively identify and resolve platform issues.
Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and infrastructure teams to deliver a high-quality solution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay up to date with the latest MLOps trends and technologies and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.

What We're Looking For

MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or a related field.
1+ years of experience in MLOps, Data Engineering or similar roles, with a strong focus on AI/ML use-cases.
Good scripting and automation skills with Python and Bash.
Capable of implementing, integrating, and maintaining Data and MLOps components.
Basic understanding of Cloud solutions and associated concepts.
Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools.
Basic experience with monitoring and dashboarding.
Basic experience with on-premises infrastructure management, Linux servers, networking, and storage.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, team player, and capable of collaborating across functional areas.
Proactive, customer and result-oriented personality.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of either industrialization, laboratory environment, or ADAS domain.
Proficiency with Pandas, Pydantic, Pytest and NumPy.
Architectural skills.
Experience with Azure.
Proficiency with GitOps, containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Apache Airflow.
Proficiency with GitHub Actions and Terraform.
Proficiency with PowerBI, Grafana and Prometheus.
