Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to define and understand data requirements.
- Engage with technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources using cloud-based data engineering methods.
- Develop, implement, and expand data pipelines that integrate data from internal, external, and cloud-based systems across distributed and elastic infrastructures.
- Discover, design, and execute process enhancements such as automation, data delivery optimization, and infrastructure redesign for improved scalability.
- Apply effective design patterns to balance performance, cost, security, scalability, and usability for end consumers.
- Take part in agile development cycles, including sprints, demonstrations, retrospectives, and deployment activities, with opportunities to lead initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with IT support teams to ensure smooth production delivery of data solutions.
