This Data Architect position is part of our Managed Services team. The role involves ongoing development, support, escalations, and proactive maintenance for client Azure Data Platform solutions through established processes, procedures, and tools. As a Data Architect, you'll be a critical team member essential to the success of our Managed Services division. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead support of client's Azure Data platform and Power BI Environment, including escalation response and incident analysis - Consult, develop, and advise on Microsoft Azure solutions using Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Azure ML, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Power BI - Provide Power BI consultation covering governance, strategy, report development, and performance - Continuously learn, apply, and refine data engineering and analytics skills - Proactively mentor junior team members and provide performance feedback - Design and deploy data pipelines, models, and AI-driven solutions across industries - Understand Microsoft data solution licensing and platform limitations/advantages - Take responsibility for deliverable and solution quality - Support work estimation for self and team members - Communicate ticket status and escalate cases appropriately - Interact with clients to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently - Intentionally build client relationships - Prioritize work effectively and seek clarification when needed - Recognize and promptly escalate critical issues - Create and maintain comprehensive client environment documentation - Promote best practices internally and externally - Contribute to internal professional communities [... continues with same detailed structure and length as original job description]
