Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a three-year strategic plan for analytics focused on revenue, cost efficiency, and quality metrics
- Promote the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning in key areas such as patient demand forecasting, therapy scheduling, and treatment outcome modeling
- Create and maintain standards for data governance, tracking data lineage, and ensuring data quality in collaboration with IT teams
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 4 to 6 data professionals including analysts and engineers
- Cultivate a self-service analytics environment through training programs, reusable templates, and regular support sessions
- Collaborate with clinical, financial, operational, and revenue cycle teams to align analytics with business goals
- Design and deploy enterprise-level dashboards, predictive models, and automated reporting using Microsoft Power BI and Fabric
- Consolidate and process data from electronic health records (RainTree) and revenue cycle management systems
- Oversee the complete business intelligence lifecycle from gathering requirements to data pipelines, visualization, insight communication, and user adoption
- Deploy real-time analytics solutions for monitoring clinic capacity and predicting patient no-shows using Azure Data Lake and Synapse
- Test generative AI applications such as auto-generated clinical summaries and narrative reports
- Investigate data mesh architecture to balance local clinic autonomy with centralized data governance
- Perform additional tasks and projects as needed
