ANGEHEUERT GmbH is recruiting a Data Analyst E-Commerce (m/w/d) for a family-run luxury fashion and lifestyle company undergoing a significant digital transformation. You will play a central role in driving data-based decisions, focusing on enhancing customer experience and business success through actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Analyze online performance, paid media, CRM data, and customer journeys.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and forecasts for various stakeholders.
- Derive concrete recommendations for optimizing sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain a central data lake in collaboration with IT and E-Commerce teams.
- Integrate and harmonize diverse data sources from the Shop, CRM, ERP, POS, and Marketing platforms.
- Ensure data quality and consistent data structures across systems.
- Visualize and automate KPIs using tools like Looker Studio and Power BI.
- Support agile projects and advise internal departments on KPI definition and reporting.
- Co-design the implementation of new tools and data-driven processes.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Initial professional experience in Digital Analytics, BI, or Data Strategy, including relevant internships.
- Practical knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- A strong interest in Paid Media, CRM, and Customer Journey analysis.
- A structured, solution-oriented work approach and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Very good German skills and good English for optimal company-wide communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Tag Management Tools like Google Tag Manager.
- SAP experience, AI affinity, or initial project work in the Data Science field.
