Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Representative to provide dedicated support to our Danish-speaking clients. This role includes a full relocation to Greece, with all associated costs covered by the company.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients, handling inquiries with care and professionalism.
- Communicate via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers effectively.
- Become skilled in our client systems to provide fast and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolutions of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective client communication.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for this position.
