Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Danish Speaking B2B Integration Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for Danish-speaking clients. You will provide expertise on B2B integration projects, guiding clients through their processes to ensure operational effectiveness through technology-driven solutions.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary liaison for Danish-speaking clients, providing expertise on B2B integration projects.
- Evaluate client needs and develop customized integration solutions that align with their specific business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to facilitate the implementation of integration initiatives.
- Deliver training and support to clients throughout the integration process and beyond, ensuring successful adoption of technologies.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise after implementation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, client interactions, and project updates.
- Stay informed on industry developments and technological trends to enhance service offerings continuously.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative and strong organizational capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B integrations or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies, APIs, and software solutions.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools in the B2B space is advantageous.
