What You'll Do
- Support customers with subscription, billing, and technical inquiries
- Handle interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot app or device issues and assist with account access
- Provide information on content availability, languages, and promotions
- Maintain high-quality service and follow internal guidelines
- Participate in an 8-day training program and 12-day nesting period before full production
- Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and seasonal peaks
