Responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical specialist for designated robotic-assisted surgical procedures.
- Design and execute clinical sales initiatives to meet and surpass targets established by leadership.
- Increase clinical adoption across all current customer sites.
- Drive capital sales with emphasis on additional system placements.
- Enhance clinical utilization by training and supporting new surgeons across relevant specialties.
- Oversee training and educational programs within the installed customer base.
- Lead the implementation process for new system installations.
- Identify opportunities for new system placements and upgrades within existing accounts.
- Equip the clinical sales team with updated product knowledge, including new and existing offerings.
- Partner with Capital Sales, Sales Support, and Enabling Functions to execute strategic initiatives.
- Assist the assigned sales team in finalizing deals, delivering presentations, and engaging customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Government Affairs, Media, MACA, GAVE, Clinical, and Marketing on strategic planning.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a clinical sales team within the designated region.
- Identify skill or knowledge deficiencies within the team and create targeted development plans.
