The role involves delivering high-quality assistance in Czech via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customers receive accurate information about vehicle features, service appointments, and maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality remote customer assistance in Czech via phone, email, and chat for Mercedes-Benz clients
- Address inquiries related to vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance concerns
- Effectively resolve customer issues to ensure a satisfactory outcome
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to tackle complex customer inquiries
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve our services
- Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service advancements to provide accurate information
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Czech language
- Ability to work remotely from Greece
- Strong customer service skills
