About the Role

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Cybersecurity Intern to support our Governance, Risk & Compliance program. In this role, you will focus on helping the organization document, measure, and improve our cybersecurity posture through policy management, control monitoring, risk assessments, and internal governance processes.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in reviewing and updating cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Support third-party risk assessments and remediation tracking.
  • Participate in internal control testing and evidence collection.
  • Help maintain GRC platform workflows and documentation.
  • Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Support audit readiness activities, including evidence gathering and packaging.
  • Assist in developing dashboards and metrics to track program maturity.
  • Support governance forums by documenting notes and tracking action items.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team to continuously improve Cybersecurity performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with good academic standing.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week during the Summer Internship Program.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort working with detailed documentation and data.
  • Interest in cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
  • Basic knowledge of IT equipment, software, and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443).
  • A self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to record and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Solid software application skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good organizational and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and desire for continual learning and self-development.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with Cybersecurity leadership, enterprise stakeholders, and technology teams.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position.
