Coperion, an operating company of Hillenbrand, is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer – Privilege Access Management (PAM) to join our global Cybersecurity team. You will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of our BeyondTrust PAM platform, requiring expert knowledge of authentication protocols and privilege account management controls.
What You'll Do
- Drive the design and implementation of BeyondTrust PAM and vendor portal solutions to meet security and business requirements.
- Create privileged inventory and implement use cases.
- Maintain, tune, and manage the PAM platform, including daily operations, investigations, and creating rules per business needs.
- Establish and maintain processes and procedures for PAM platforms.
- Work closely with other IT teams to address vulnerabilities and reduce risk.
- Act as a subject matter expert for BeyondTrust, providing level 2/3 support and consulting on integrations and best practices.
- As a product owner, work with stakeholders and vendors to drive adoption and improve program maturity.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing PAM solutions in complex, global environments.
- BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience in design, implementation, and administration of the BeyondTrust platform and building integrations with other systems.
- Excellent understanding of privilege access and least privilege controls.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with accountability in execution to deliver results.
- Comfort operating successfully in a high-change environment and dealing with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to Have
- 4+ years of general or ‘hands-on’ information technology experience (e.g., Network Engineer, System Admin, Database Admin, Programmer).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and local administration privilege levels.
- Mastery of Identity, Access, and Privileged Access Management concepts across Authentication, Authorization, and Governance.
- Working knowledge of common information security and technology concepts, risks, and best practices.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including creating organized reports and presentations from data.
- Ability to take ownership of an initiative or issue through completion.
- Cybersecurity-related certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or vendor certifications.
