Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time technical assistance to clients with clear and professional communication
- Examine logs, visual data, and monitoring interfaces to investigate anomalies using Kibana or OpenSearch tools
- Take full ownership of client cases and internal tickets through Jira Service Management
- Conduct back-office operations such as logging attack fingerprints after identifying attack characteristics
- Develop and refine SQL queries for efficient data extraction and analysis in BigQuery and Snowflake environments
- Engage with international clients to ensure prompt communication and effective resolution of issues
- Operate on a rotating shift schedule that includes weekend availability
