Role Overview: RTX Enterprise Cybersecurity is creating a centralized team to supercharge our resilience and coordinate enterprise-wide responses during major cybersecurity events. The Cyber Crisis Manager will be the critical link facilitating coordination, decision-making, and stakeholder communication. Process improvement isn't just a buzzword here – it's a core function. You'll be proactively analyzing and optimizing processes and post-incident activities to uncover every possible improvement opportunity. What You Will Do: • Develop, communicate, and execute comprehensive cyber crisis management plans and playbooks • Lead and coordinate cyber crisis management tabletops, wargames, process testing, and corrective actions • Co-lead cross-functional crisis and incident management teams during enterprise-wide cyber events • Conduct thorough incident after-action reviews to identify strengths, improvement opportunities, and track corrective actions Qualifications You Must Have: • 8+ years of operational experience across multiple cybersecurity disciplines • 3+ years of prior experience as an incident handler, coordinator, responder, or commander • University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, OR Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years' experience • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now and in the future) • Experience conducting risk assessments, business process, or digital transformation control auditing • Expertise in organizational and business change management • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Qualifications We Prefer: • Proven track record of developing and implementing cross-organizational processes • Collaborative team player, comfortable working with geographically distributed teams • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including critically evaluating information from multiple sources • Deep understanding of technical/security concepts like network architecture, logical access controls, vulnerability management, encryption, and cloud computing Bonus Points: Certifications in Good Standing • Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) • GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) • Cyber Crisis Management Planning Professional (C2MP2) What We Offer: Whether you're launching your career or a seasoned pro, we provide a comprehensive rewards package including competitive compensation, healthcare, wellness, retirement benefits, work/life balance, and career development.
