Responsibilities
- Launch and develop internal customs brokerage capabilities in Germany to enable business expansion
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance for international import, export, and transit shipments in B2C and C2C models
- Maintain full adherence to customs regulations and prevent financial penalties due to misclassification or documentation errors
- Serve as primary contact for customs authorities, resolving operational matters with the Mainz customs office
- Optimize customs processes to handle large volumes of parcel traffic efficiently
- Operate and troubleshoot customs software platforms and internal digital tools on a daily basis
- Support e-commerce logistics by ensuring continuous and uninterrupted customs handling
- Coordinate customs warehouse activities and prevent processing delays or backlogs
- Ensure precise product classification, correct tariff code application, and accurate documentation
