Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries over email and chat during weekend shifts
- Diagnose and resolve account access and transaction issues
- Escalate technical problems to engineering teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow established protocols for security and compliance
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback with internal teams
- Assist customers with onboarding and product setup
- Monitor support channels for urgent requests
- Collaborate with team leads to improve weekend workflows
- Adhere to response time standards for all tickets
- Document solutions in the knowledge base for future use
- Stay updated on product changes and feature rollouts
- Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and care
- Support customers across different time zones during weekend windows
- Use CRM tools to track and manage cases
- Communicate proactively when resolution timelines extend
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in occasional weekend training sessions
- Report system outages or service disruptions immediately
- Maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
- Contribute to weekend-specific support metrics
- Assist with onboarding new weekend team members
