About the Role

This position supports customers during weekend hours, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and delivering clear, effective solutions to maintain service quality outside typical workweeks.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries over email and chat during weekend shifts
  • Diagnose and resolve account access and transaction issues
  • Escalate technical problems to engineering teams when necessary

  • Follow established protocols for security and compliance
  • Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication

  • Assist customers with onboarding and product setup
  • Monitor support channels for urgent requests
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve weekend workflows
  • Adhere to response time standards for all tickets
  • Document solutions in the knowledge base for future use
  • Stay updated on product changes and feature rollouts
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and care
  • Support customers across different time zones during weekend windows
