Tovala is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the team. You will serve as a primary resource for our customers, addressing inquiries and providing support in a fully remote role.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Document and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Contribute to improving our support resources and processes

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Work Mode

This is a full-time remote position. You will work from your home office with provided equipment and tools.
