Tovala is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the team. You will serve as a primary resource for our customers, addressing inquiries and providing support in a fully remote role.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Document and escalate complex cases as needed
- Contribute to improving our support resources and processes

- Proven experience in a customer-facing support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Work Mode
This is a full-time remote position. You will work from your home office with provided equipment and tools.
