We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our passionate team at eCom Babes. In this fully remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and prospective students, providing exceptional customer experiences while addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical support issues related to our platform and courses. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to the positive reputation of our brand.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about courses, services, and educational resources available
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve our services
- Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through our offerings
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer support or service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
