About the Role

Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, and account management, ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Process reservations and cancellations
  • Update customer accounts and profiles
  • Provide information about dining options and promotions
  • Collaborate with the team to improve customer service
  • Document customer interactions and feedback
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Handle high call volumes during peak times
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform
  • Provide real-time support during events and promotions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
  • Manage customer data and privacy
  • Provide feedback on product and service improvements
  • Assist with escalated customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers
  • Provide support during off-hours and holidays as needed
