Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently using support platforms such as ZenDesk.
- Guide cardholders in understanding Bitcoin-backed card functionalities, including collateral management and Loan-to-Value tracking.
- Record and maintain detailed logs of customer issues, feedback, complaints, and positive interactions.
- Assist customers through the application process, with emphasis on Bitcoin deposit and secure vaulting procedures.
- Monitor and analyze customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints via dashboards, logs, and CRM tools.
- Deliver urgent account notifications—including margin calls and liquidation alerts—with clarity and empathy.
Team
Comprised of executives from leading technology firms such as Square, Microsoft, and Facebook, alongside professionals from financial institutions including Discover, Capital One, and Goldman Sachs.
Other
Must be available to work during US Pacific time hours from 10 AM to 7 PM.
