About the Role

HireHawk is seeking a Customer Success & Sales Follow-Up Specialist to support our sales team by re-engaging existing prospects and past customers. This position focuses on building relationships, gathering valuable feedback, and providing insights rather than directly closing sales.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct friendly follow-up calls and emails with customers who previously received quotes or proposals.
  • Re-engage past prospects to determine their interest in moving forward with their projects.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to gather detailed feedback about the customer’s experience.
  • Document detailed notes and insights from all customer conversations in tracking systems.
  • Categorize leads as hot, warm, or cold based on expressed customer interest.
  • Flag potential sales opportunities for the appropriate salesperson to follow up.
  • Maintain accurate records using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
  • Provide insights that help improve the company’s customer follow-up process.
  • Assist in developing a structured outreach process and knowledge base.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong background in customer service, customer success, or client relationship management.
  • Comfort making a high volume of follow-up calls.
  • Experience working with warm leads or existing customers.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to capture detailed feedback.
  • Ability to document clear notes and insights from conversations.
  • Experience using spreadsheets or CRM systems to track outreach activity.
  • Comfort working with Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Ability to follow structured outreach scripts and processes.
  • Professional phone etiquette and the ability to represent the company positively.
  • Ability to coordinate follow-ups with internal sales team members.
  • Experience using tools such as WebEx, Microsoft tools, and email platforms.

Team & Environment

You will be supporting the sales team directly, focusing on relationship-building and providing them with valuable insights and qualified leads.
