Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the Account Management Team, helping the team meet individual and collective performance targets.
- Support of daily operations: Coordination of delivery dates
- Support of daily operations: Handling of complaints and Return & Reship requests
- Support of daily operations: Maintenance of existing customer relationships and master data
- Support of daily operations: Order entry and order management
- Effective communication and coordination between various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Act as a point of contact for customer service escalations from key platform service brand partners, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution.
- Identify process gaps within the team and help develop and implement initiatives to improve service quality continuously.
Requirements
- Communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive results, ensure alignment, and hold team members accountable for performance.
- Proactively identify business opportunities and independently drive initiatives that improve performance and outcomes.
- Apply strong attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data accurately and inform decision-making.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by staying highly organized, adapting quickly to change, influencing others, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
