Curology is hiring a Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for delivering a seamless and supportive experience to patients through timely, empathetic communication via email, chat, phone, and SMS. This role requires active listening, clear comprehension, and the ability to resolve concerns with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries with empathy, precision, and professionalism across multiple platforms
  • Apply problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and support protocols
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary and document interactions thoroughly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve service delivery
  • Meet performance benchmarks for quality, response time, and patient satisfaction
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance the overall patient journey
  • Contribute to a positive, resilient team environment through consistent engagement

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to work onsite, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to evolving systems and workflows. The role requires flexibility, including availability during evenings and weekends.
