Responsibilities
- Identify and advance opportunities to increase service usage, referrals, and engagement within current health plan accounts to support revenue growth.
- Manage performance for assigned clients, focusing on utilization rates, access metrics, and satisfaction levels, with proactive steps to enhance results.
- Lead full-cycle project management for onboarding new clients, expanding service offerings, and executing key client-driven initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring healthcare providers, acting as their primary contact to boost referral activity.
- Track appointment availability and patient wait times by payer and specialty, flagging delays beyond acceptable limits and coordinating with internal teams to resolve access issues.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of monthly performance reports and evaluate key indicators to confirm compliance with service level agreements.
- Monitor data for newly onboarded referring organizations and initiate outreach to encourage active participation.
- Create and distribute branded materials that improve referring providers’ understanding of service offerings and processes.
- Act as the main escalation point for client or provider concerns, coordinating across departments to investigate root causes and deliver effective solutions.
- Hold routine performance review meetings with health plan partners and referring clinics to assess metrics, address obstacles, and explore expansion opportunities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and inquiries from health plans and referring organizations.
