INCA – Insurance Core Automation is looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) to proactively ensure the success and satisfaction of our Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. You will guide them from implementation to long-term success, strategically develop their use of the platform, and identify opportunities for additional value.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support Mid-Market and Enterprise customers from implementation to long-term success.
- Plan and conduct kickoff meetings, workshops, and regular touchpoints to strategically develop customers.
- Design and create training and onboarding materials so customers can use Flip optimally.
- Provide valuable customer feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product to actively drive the development of the solution.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling potentials to create additional value for customers.
- Contribute your own ideas, take responsibility for internal projects, and help evolve Customer Success processes.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of professional experience in customer contact, project management, or a comparable role.
- Confidence and enjoyment in direct exchange with customers.
- Structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working.
- Convincing presentation skills, conducting customer conversations at eye level, and mastering challenging situations with ease.
- Proficiency in German and English.
