About the Role

TutorSpace GmbH is looking for a Customer Success Manager (DACH) (m/w/d) to ensure high customer satisfaction for parents and students while helping to shape the future of our fast-growing educational platform. You will be a key player in our mission to enable every student to reach their full potential.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students, ensuring high customer satisfaction via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Help customers find optimal solutions and advise them on contract renewals and required lesson volumes.
  • Coordinate closely with the tutor and educational consultant team.
  • Help the company better understand customers and continuously improve processes and workflows.
  • Write analyses, reports, and evaluations.

What We're Looking For

  • A desire to improve the world through education.
  • Native or accent-free command of the German language.
  • You enjoy informing customers about options and selling additional tutoring packages.
  • An understanding of human behavior and needs, and enjoyment in helping them with educational solutions.
  • You enjoy communicating and can empathize with every customer. You patiently find the right solution for every problem.
  • You know how to structure yourself and keep a cool head and overview even in stressful moments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or similar positions in high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree from a top-tier university.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
