Gastrosterne is hiring a 100% remote Sales Closer to join our team. This B2B sales role focuses on selling a recruiting solution to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within the DACH region. Your mission is to convert leads into customers and develop them into long-term, successful clients.
What You'll Do
- Call cold and warm leads to identify needs and conduct real sales conversations.
- Push for the close in a structured, smart, and secure way.
- Think proactively, ask questions, and follow up until the goal is reached.
- Work closely with sales coach and leadership.
- Develop customers long-term through upgrades and upsells.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, either B2B or B2C.
- You are self-sufficient and self-directed, requiring no micro-management.
- A strong desire to not only sell but also grow professionally.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the recruiting field is a bonus.
