About the Role

Descartes is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to strengthen our fantastic EMEA team. You will be the central point of contact for our customers, ensuring the long-term success of our solutions and making a significant contribution to customer satisfaction, retention, and overall company growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers to ensure they gain maximum value from our solutions
  • Support customers during the implementation and optimization of EDI processes
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with internal teams like Sales, Product Management, and Support to best meet customer needs
  • Analyze customer data to identify optimization potential as well as upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to continuously improve our offerings

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service in a B2B environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify and implement strategic customer solutions
  • Experience working with ERP/CRM tools and a good understanding of IT and business processes
  • Self-motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction and retention

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or retail
  • German, French, and Italian language skills
