Descartes is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to strengthen our fantastic EMEA team. You will be the central point of contact for our customers, ensuring the long-term success of our solutions and making a significant contribution to customer satisfaction, retention, and overall company growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers to ensure they gain maximum value from our solutions
- Support customers during the implementation and optimization of EDI processes
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
- Work closely with internal teams like Sales, Product Management, and Support to best meet customer needs
- Analyze customer data to identify optimization potential as well as upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to continuously improve our offerings
What We're Looking For
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service in a B2B environment
- In-depth knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Strong analytical abilities to identify and implement strategic customer solutions
- Experience working with ERP/CRM tools and a good understanding of IT and business processes
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction and retention
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or retail
- German, French, and Italian language skills
