What You'll Do
Guide customers through their journey to ensure they consistently derive value from the deposition solution. You'll monitor engagement patterns and health indicators to spot potential challenges and uncover opportunities for growth.
Deliver meaningful insights by compiling performance data, operational outcomes, and usage trends to support customer business reviews. Build and maintain reporting tools that clearly demonstrate impact and return on investment.
Work closely with internal teams to share customer feedback and influence product direction. Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Marketing to ensure smooth transitions and aligned messaging throughout the customer lifecycle.
Support onboarding follow-up, ongoing training, and campaigns that promote feature adoption. Help customers understand new updates and best practices through accessible resources and clear communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly
- Comfort interpreting data, identifying trends, and using insights to guide customer strategy
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and customer relationships simultaneously
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, sales support, or industry events
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to accountability and collaboration
