The Customer Success Associate plays a key role in ensuring clients achieve lasting value from a specialized deposition platform. You’ll work directly with customers to deepen engagement, support ongoing adoption, and help them realize measurable outcomes through effective use of the product.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through their journey, offering support that encourages consistent use and long-term success
- Track customer health, usage patterns, and engagement to proactively address risks and identify growth opportunities
- Generate reports and analyze data to assess customer value, inform retention strategies, and support forecasting
- Prepare insights for business reviews by collecting operational data and performance outcomes
- Develop reporting tools that help enterprise clients understand their return on investment
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to influence product development and service improvements
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Marketing to ensure smooth transitions and aligned messaging
- Support initiatives that drive account expansion and customer advocacy
- Reinforce onboarding through training, documentation, and ongoing education campaigns
- Help clients adopt new features and stay current with platform updates
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
- Clear, empathetic communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort interpreting data, including usage metrics and customer health indicators
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with accountability for results
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry events
Nice to Have
- Background in SaaS, legal technology, or B2B software environments
