Foundever is looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) with Dutch to support our extended warranty services for consumer electronics and home appliances. In this role, you will be the key contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling their inquiries and claims.
What You'll Do
- Conduct damage assessments for defective electronic devices via phone and email for Dutch-speaking customers.
- Process warranty claims and inquiries quickly and competently to increase customer satisfaction.
- Review all submitted claims for damages.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch at a C2-level and English at a B2-level.
- Commercial and technical affinity, especially regarding internet and phone communication.
- Strong PC literacy and willingness to work flexible hours as required.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong willingness to learn and an enthusiastic approach to new challenges.
- Enthusiasm for working in a modern office environment with the latest technologies.
- An empathetic and socially competent personality.

- Previous customer service experience.
