Concentrix is looking for a Customer Service Representative (French-speaking) to join our team supporting a leading pet retail client. You will play a key role in fulfilling client expectations for operational excellence by meeting high targets for quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients via inbound calls and email by answering inquiries and attending to potential requests.
- Become a specialist in our client’s products and services.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
- Give real-time, accurate information that empowers customers to make decisions.
- Listen to customers' unique situations and acknowledge their needs.
- Go beyond service expectations to create memorable experiences customers will share.
What We're Looking For
- A high level of French proficiency, both written and oral.
- Fluent English skills (at least B2 level).
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the MS Office package.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
- Legal authorization to work in Portugal.

- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Familiarity with pet-related products and services.
