Modivcare is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our members. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving concerns, processing transportation reservations accurately and on time, and supporting members on their journey toward positive health outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring all relevant information is correct and timely
- Follow all established company procedures and structured protocols
- Input accurate trip data into our systems
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation
- Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
- Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage
What We're Looking For
- Must live in Arizona
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of related experience
- 6+ months of contact center OR customer service experience
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35wpm or more
- Capacity to answer a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner
- Willingness to work overtime as required
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
