About the Role

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative Administrator to join our recovery operations. This role works within a fast-paced environment to facilitate the successful recovery of collateral through computer-based account management. You'll be part of MVRecovery, the Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound division of MVTrac/MVConnect.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain account orderliness and ensure a field agent is assigned to each account.
  • Update designated accounts with new information received from the client.
  • Communicate any escalated information to the client or supervisor as needed.
  • Process all tasks within a centralized Dashboard housed in a proprietary system.
  • Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service and Account Management experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (employer work permit sponsorship not available).

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of experience with collateral repossession.
  • Collections or Credit experience.
  • Strong phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
  • High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications.

Work Mode

This is a 100% remote position based in the US. The role is entirely computer-based with no field work or travel.
