Everlight Solar is seeking a highly energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a fully remote, full-time, entry-level position where the representative will build and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting team success.
What You'll Do
- Handle high amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
- Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Establish and build relationships with our customers
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
What We're Looking For
- Must own a Mac computer
- Must be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.)
- Reliable 40 hour work week
Nice to Have
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
